The Crossed Paws Animal Shelter offers these services to
residents of Monroe County: - Low Cost Spay/Neuter Services: The Animal Shelter offers
vouchers to pet owners of our community, to aid the cost of spaying
and neutering dogs and cats. Please call the shelter if you are in
need of more information.
- Veterinary Assistance in Extreme Circumstances
- Foster Care
- Adoptions
- Education: Volunteers are more than willing to educate our
community on spaying, neutering, and vaccinating your pets, and the
importance of it. Contact the shelter if you have any questions
regarding the well being of your pet.
- Rescues
- Surrenders: As much as we don't like it, we at the Crossed Paws
Animal Shelter understand that sometimes, extreme circumstances
don't allow owners to keep their pets. We do accept surrendered
pets, on a case by case basis. All surrenders are evaluated and
decided depending on the situation at hand.
